Man charged over fatal Vic crash

A man has been charged over a crash that killed an 84-year-old man in regional Victoria last year.

A 28-year-old Kangaroo Flat man was charged on Monday with dangerous driving causing death, driving in a dangerous manner and failing to give way.

An 84-year-old Swan Hill man was killed when a driver allegedly failed to give way at an intersection in Kunat on July 31.

The Kangaroo Flat man was bailed to appear before the Bendigo Magistrates Court at a later date.
