Sydney man charged over printing 3D pistols

A man has been charged with manufacturing multiple weapons using a 3D printer in a Sydney home.
The 27-year-old man was arrested at a unit on Bronte Road, Waverley, yesterday where police seized four 3D-manufactured pistols including a Glock and Sig 250, two 3D printers, two air pistols and computer equipment.
The man has been refused bail and is expected to face Waverley Local Court later today on charges including possess a digital blueprint for the manufacture of firearms.
