Man arrested after Vic sexual assault

A 38-year-old man has been arrested after a teenage boy was sexually assaulted in a university toilet in Melbourne.
Police said the boy was at a university on Ballarat Road in Footscray when he was approached by a man and sexually assaulted last Thursday.
Footscray Sexual Offences Crime Investigation Team detectives on Tuesday arrested a man, who is now being questioned.
