Malcolm Turnbull has fizzled: Lambie

Independent senator Jacqui Lambie would love to see Malcolm Turnbull unleashed, saying he has "fizzled" so far.

Ms Lambie said someone at the top of the Liberal party is pulling on the prime minister's strings and he has been stifled by his party.

"I would really love to see the man be able to get in his boots and do it himself and show us how it is done properly, I just don't think he has been let off the strings," Ms Lambie told the Nine Network.
