NSW Premier Mike Baird's new cabinet to be sworn in

NSW Premier Mike Baird's new cabinet is due to be sworn in this morning at Government House after his post-election reshuffle.

Gladys Berejiklian and Gabrielle Upton will become the first women in NSW history to hold the positions of treasurer and attorney-general.

Former country cop and Deputy Premier Troy Grant has also been promoted, becoming Police and Justice Minister.

Former Treasurer Andrew Constance and former Attorney-General Brad Hazzard will remain in cabinet in transport and family and community services roles respectively.

The ceremony will welcome four new faces - Baulkham Hills MP David Elliott, Cronulla MP Mark Speakman, Port Macquarie MP Leslie Williams and Nationals MP Niall Blair.
