* Cafe Manager Tori Johnson was forced at gunpoint by Man Haron Monis to read a note to triple-zero that warned bombs had been placed around the Sydney CBD.
* The call was initially met with a chaotic response from the operator.

* Monis had acquired a mobile phone registered in another person's name on October 15, 2014, suggesting he planned the attack for months.
* Counsel assisting the Coroner Jeremy Gormly SC said evidence suggested Monis had some intent or hope of escape and evasion from police.
