LABOR'S POSITIVE AGEING STRATEGY

* By 2057, 22 per cent of Australians will be aged 65 or over

* Today 72,500 Australians aged between 55 and 64 are unemployed

* Faster processing to access age pension

* Addressing the superannuation imbalance between men and women

* Pensioner dental plan

* More dementia-friendly communities and spaces

* Better long-term planning to ensure transport networks, homes, shops and community facilities are accessible and fit for ageing
