Labor proposes TAFE sector review

Labor has flagged a big review of vocational education and training is on the cards if it wins the next election.

A Gonski-style evaluation was needed to help weed out dodgy operators and stop students being ripped off, opposition vocational education spokeswoman Sharon Bird said.

She expects the review would take a year or 18 months to complete.
