Labor has defended its parliamentary attacks on Malcolm Turnbull's investments in the Cayman Islands tax haven.
Finance spokesman Tony Burke insisted on Tuesday the opposition's questioning of the prime minister was legitimate.
"Malcolm Turnbull very cleverly tried to twist it ... so that our questions were about whether or not he had money, not about whether it was in a tax haven," he told ABC radio.
