Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting baby number two.
The reality star announced the news on the season finale of her TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
"I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant," Kardashian tells her excited family in the episode that has just gone to air in the US.

Kardashian and her musician husband West already have 21-month-old daughter North.
