Bronzed-up Karl Stefanovic ready for summer after Jennifer Hawkins shows him how to spray-tan

Supermodel Jennifer Hawkins has helped TODAY host Karl Stefanovic get ready for summer by bronzing him up with a spray tan.

The former Miss Universe dropped by the show this morning to offer the benefit of her years of experience at the hands of the world's top beauticians.

Stefanovic recently posted a photo of his "attractive white" legs on Instagram, which he said drew some good-natured mockery from Hawkins and designer Alex Perry.

"The lovely Jen has come in today to help me get my tan on in time for spring," Stefanovic said.

Hawkins used her own line of spray-tan products to set Stefanovic's skin glowing.

After a "few extra coats", Stefanovic emerged looking browner than ever before.

"My self-esteem feels better already," he said.

Hawkins, who won the Miss Universe crown in 2004, is currently the face of Myer and the host of Australia's Next Top Model.
