Hundreds greet Italian giants Juventus as they touch down in Australia

Fans of the Italian football legends Juventus packed Sydney airport arrivals hall today to get a glimpse of their heroes.

The Serie A side arrived just after dawn in advance of their much-anticipated friendly with the A-League All Stars at the ANZ Stadium on Sunday.

The match will see many of Italy’s World Cup team lining up against an All Star side featuring former Juventus legend Alessandro Del Piero.

Hundreds of fans queued from the early hours, and they weren't disappointed.

"The boys have arrived!" tweeted JuventusFansANZ. "Great to see the fans welcome the team at the airport!"
