Joyce can see Christensen in cabinet

Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce thinks controversial Queensland MP George Christensen has a future on the front bench.
"There's no reason at all he couldn't be a cabinet minister. Now that's not imminent. But does he have the ability to run a department? Yes," he says in a profile for Fairfax's Good Weekend magazine.
Mr Christensen, the member for the central Queensland seat of Dawson and the Nationals whip, has raised his profile with his conservative views on Muslim immigration and same-sex marriage.
