Journalist sinks in camera blooper

A journalist has appeared to sink into the floor in a camera blooper during a BBC news broadcast.
As the regional Yorkshire program Look North went to air yesterday, an unmanned camera unexpectedly tilted upwards.
Because of a green-screen, the background remained constant while reporter Caroline Bilton appeared to drop out of shot as she finished her piece to camera.

"A problem with our camera there at the end," the anchor calmly says.
"Did your chair collapse on the lunchtime news?! Haven't laughed so much in ages!!!" one of Bilton's Twitter followers asked her.
"What we call in the business a technical hitch, Carl!" she replied a few hours ago. "Nothing like a sinking feeling for a Monday."
