WBO reviews Horn v Pacquiao title fight result

Jeff Horn has welcomed a World Boxing Organization review that concluded he was the true victor of his welterweight title fight against Manny Pacquiao.

The 29-year-old Australian boxer said it was "super timing" as he prepared to board a flight to the US, where he is set to meet some of the biggest critics of his contentious points win over Pacquiao. 

Horn will attend the ESPY Awards in Los Angeles tomorrow night.

"It gives me evidence behind me that I can just use now. Instead of saying I think I won the fight, now a heap of other people - professionally - think I won the fight," Horn said at the Brisbane Airport today.

Horn beat Pacquiao in the July 2 fight at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium.
