Jury retires in Jarryd Hayne sexual assault retrial

The jury in Jarryd Hayne's sexual assault retrial has retired to deliberate on the verdict.
The former NRL player is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual intercourse without consent recklessly inflicting actual bodily harm.
The 32-year-old has pleaded not guilty.

Last December a jury was unable to reach a verdict, meaning his first trial was a mistrial.
The jury deliberated for two days before they told by the judge they were unable to reach a unanimous decision.
