Ex-Richmond footballer Jake King avoids further court appearances
Former AFL player Jake King has completed the conditions of his good behaviour bond after threatening to break a man's legs and possessing testosterone.
The 35-year-old former Richmond player was not required at Melbourne Magistrate Court today when the 12-month bond was dismissed due to compliance.
His lawyer provided a receipt for a $5000 court-ordered donation to the Michael Long Foundation. The charity funds education and football programs for indigenous people and is named after the ex-Essendon footballer.

King avoided conviction over one charge of threatening to inflict serious injury and another of possessing testosterone in May 2018.
He pleaded guilty to the charges as part of a deal after prosecutors withdrew extortion and threaten-to-kill charges involving restaurateur Tony Mokdissi.
The former forward threatened to break Mr Mokdissi's legs in mid-2017 if he did not settle a debt with King's former Richmond teammate Tyrone Vickery, who at the time co-owned a restaurant in Hawthorn East.
King retired from professional football in July 2014 and runs a tattoo parlour in South Melbourne with former bikie Toby Mitchell.
