A United Airlines flight from San Francisco to Tokyo has reportedly turned back after one of the plane’s engines caught fire.
One of the compressors on United Airlines Flight 837 stalled in an engine before it erupted in flames, ABC7 reports, citing an official.
It is unclear how many passengers are on board the plane.

One of the plane’s four engines has reportedly been shut down as it makes its way back to San Francisco International Airport.
