Father of Hunter Valley bus crash victim launches class action against bus company
The father of one of the Hunter Valley bus crash victims is launching a legal fight against the bus company that owned the vehicle at the heart of the tragedy.
Ten wedding guests were killed and 25 were injured in the disastrous bus rollover following a reception at Wandin Valley Estate on June 11.
Kane Symons, Angus Craig, Rebecca Mullen, Darcy Bulman, Nadene and Kyah McBride, Andrew and Lynan Scott, Tori Cowburn, and Zachary Bray were killed in the crash.

The driver, Brett Button, remains before the courts facing 62 charges.
Adam Bray, who lost his son Zach, has now met with lawyers and is launching a class action against Linq Buslines.
He claims they failed to meet their obligations under the chain of responsibility laws for heavy vehicle operators.
Bray plans to meet with each of the victim's families in the next week.
9News earlier revealed Bray's fight to introduce a task force to overhaul safety in the bus industry in light of the crash.

The federal transport minister has invited Bray and the other members of the "Stop Bus Tragedies" taskforce to present their safety proposals to a round table of industry leaders and politicians.
The roundtable will address seatbelt laws, driver and speed monitoring technologies.
The group has also launched a petition to have its campaign mentioned in the House of Representatives.
