Police capsicum spray man accused of stabbing housemate in Adelaide
Police have used capsicum spray to subdue a man accused of stabbing his housemate in the neck and lighting their room on fire in Adelaide.
Police allege the 32-year-old man stabbed one of his housemates with a small knife in the Underdale property on Henley Beach Road about 2.30am today.
The man then allegedly poured accelerant throughout the house and started the fire.

The 27-year-old victim was taken to hospital for minor surgery and is in a stable condition. Nine
Police said they were forced to use capsicum spray to subdue the man and arrested him shortly after.
The 47-year-old victim was not seriously injured, but one of the rooms was damaged by the blaze.
He was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment.

Housemates say he underwent surgery overnight and is in a stable condition.
The 32-year-old man was charged with aggravated assault causing harm, endangering life and arson.
He will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates' Court later this week.
