Woman screams for help as fire consumes home
A woman is fighting for her life after a house fire in Brisbane's Chermside.
Neighbour Michael Kramarenka said he heard the 50-year-old woman's screams as the fire consumed the home in the early morning.
He raced over and tried to break down the door.

"She was saying that her husband locked her inside the house, that's all she was saying," he said.
"After that it was just, 'help me, please help me'."
Fire crews took over the rescue mission, storming into the home and dragging the woman outside.
They performed CPR before she was taken to hospital.

Neighbours told 9News there was a smaller fire lit under the housing commission home a year ago.
The woman lived with her partner, and were said to be a quiet couple who kept to themselves.
The woman is in a critical condition at Prince Charles Hospital.
Police are speaking to her partner.
