The female driver immediately runs towards the trooper after getting out of the car.

"What's going on?" he asks.

Seconds later, a man jumps out of the passenger side and hands a choking eight-month-old baby to the trooper, who immediately dislodges the item obstructing the baby's airway.

Once the baby girl is able to breathe again, she starts to cry.

The trooper then comforts the family, telling them: "It's okay, it's okay."

The young girl was then taken to hospital.

It is unknown whether the driver was issued a ticket for speeding through the red light.
