Hearings into Victoria’s Department of Transport corruption allegations begin

Victoria's new anti-corruption body IBAC has begun hearings into alleged corrupt conduct at the Department of Transport.

In the first day of the hearing, questions have been raised as to how millions of dollars worth of contracts involving businesses set up by two employees weren't detected.
