Authorities update on hepatitis A in frozen berries scare

Authorities have confirmed 13 Australians have now contracted hepatitis A after eating a particular brand of frozen berries.
Australia’s Chief Medical Officer Professor Chris Baggoley said investigations were still ongoing but it is believed the rise in the number of infections was linked to the Nanna's brand frozen mixed berries
As a precaution the following have been recalled:
- 1kg Nanna's Mixed Berry, best-before dates up to/including November 22, 2016;
- 1kg Nanna's Raspberries, best-before dates to September 15, 2016;
- 300 gram Creative Gourmet mixed berries, best-before dates to December 10, 2017;
- 500 gram Creative Gourmet mixed berries, best-before dates to October 6, 2017.
