Variety reports that Ford, who was filming at Pinewood studios in England, was injured when a hydraulic door in the Millennium Falcon reportedly fell on him.

The J.J. Abrams-directed film, which also co-stars Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill from the original trilogy, will continue shooting at Pinewood Studios while Ford is treated.
