Embattled Fremantle Docker Harley Bennell has been kicked out of a Perth beach bar for being too intoxicated, the latest incident in a string of bad behaviour.

Bennell was removed from Ocean Beach Hotel in Cottesloe just after 7pm yesterday for being drunk.

Fremantle boss Peter Bell told 9News the club is aware the 26-year-old was “asked to leave the venue” and said he “complied with the request to do so”.

Bennell was one of a number of people evicted from the bar, and was removed because he was “highly intoxicated”.

It’s the latest in a string of incidents for the number two draft pick, who was banished to the WAFL earlier this year for bad behaviour and a poor attitude.

Bennell has played only two games for the Dockers since being recruited in 2015 after suffering from ongoing calf injuries, however he has also been at the centre of a several off-field dramas.

Last year he was kicked off a Virgin flight for being too intoxicated and previous to that he was caught driving without a licence.

In 2015, photos were published allegedly showing him preparing to inhale a white substance.
