Hanson says focus on Queensland, not SA
Pauline Hanson says she still wants to have a presence in South Australia despite running out of time to register One Nation in the state.
The deadline to register a party for the March poll came and went last Friday without One Nation submitting the necessary paperwork, ahead of a March 2018 SA state election.
Senator Hanson said the party was focused on winning seats in the Queensland parliament, with an election expected to be called before the end of the year.
"I don't think it's sloppy at all," she said, when asked about the SA registration.
"We've been working extremely hard to concentrate on the Queensland state election.
"We are doing a great job in the Senate and we are working towards getting the other states registered."
