Greens to move against divorce tax again

The Australian Greens will make another attempt to scrap what's been dubbed the "divorce tax".

The government has issued a second regulation to increase fees for families heading to court, despite the Senate disallowing a previous attempt earlier this year in which fees went up by a smaller amount.

Greens senator Penny Wright has told ABC radio the party will move a disallowance motion when parliament resumes in August to overturn the "unjustified" tax.
