Two drivers hospitalised after multi-car crash in Sydney's west

Two drivers have been hospitalised after a multi-vehicle crash sent one car barrelling into a Western Sydney home, rupturing its gas and water lines.

Police said three vehicles collided on Wiley Avenue in Greenacre about 12.50 am.

One car crashed into a house, damaging the property's gas and water lines.

The driver of the vehicle – a 45-year-old man – was taken to hospital in a stable condition, while the passengers – a 37-year-old woman, and three children aged 15, 13 and 5 – were uninjured.

The driver of a ute – 26-year-old woman – was treated for serious leg injuries and taken to hospital in a stable condition.

The driver of a sedan – a 24-year-old man – was taken to St George Hospital in a stable condition for treatment and mandatory testing.

Police said Wiley Avenue remains closed in both directions.
