Green law bill introduced to parliament

Legislation to stop environmental groups from blocking major mining developments has been introduced to parliament.
The changes will limit the right of third parties to take ministerial approvals to the courts.
Environment Minister Greg Hunt told the lower house on Thursday the changes would prevent Australia from "drawing the worst" of American-style litigation.
