Govt will consult on recognition: Scullion

Indigenous Affairs Minister Nigel Scullion insists Aboriginal Australians will be properly consulted on constitutional recognition.
But he says the federal government won't be backing indigenous-only conventions to help educate Aboriginal people about constitutional recognition.
"We will be able to get everywhere and talk to everyone," he told ABC Radio on Tuesday.
