Gordon Ramsay 'a pansy', say restaurateurs

The owners of a restaurant deemed hopeless by Gordon Ramsay have returned to blast the celebrity chef in a series of spectacular rants.

Amy Bouzaglo, head chef of notorious Arizona restaurant Amy's Baking Company, labelled Ramsay a "pansy" in the premiere of his reality show Kitchen Nightmares' seventh season.

Her husband and restaurant co-owner Samy Bouzaglo had harsher words, saying Ramsay "can f--- himself".

Ramsay sent Fox News reporter Ana Garcia back to the restaurant to catch up with the couple, who were initially reluctant to go back on camera.

Mr Bouzaglo demanded money from Ramsay and the Fox network in exchange for the hardships that he and his wife have been through since they shot to infamy in Kitchen Nightmares' sixth season finale in May 2013.

In that episode the Bouzaglos swore at customers, threatened to call the police and kicked people out for complaining.

The instalment climaxed with Ramsay sensationally walking out and declaring that Amy's Baking Company was the first restaurant he couldn't help because its owners "are incapable of listening".

One year on, the Bouzaglos haven't heeded Ramsay's criticism.

"Gordon Ramsay tried to bury me alive ... I will bury him first," Mr Bouzaglo told Garcia.

Ms Bouzaglo claimed her restaurant has now turned into "Disneyland for the crazies" who visit the restaurant to taunt her and her husband, including one customer who put a "giant rubber cockroach" on a food display as a prank.

She also maintained claims that abusive messages written to customers on Amy's Baking Company's Facebook page were the work of hackers.
