A surfer has been seriously injured in an accident in the Gold Coast.
Queensland Ambulance reported paramedics attended Marine Parade on Miami Beach at at about 7.30am today.

A surfer had been pulled from the water after an accident.
They were taken to Gold Coast Hospital in a serious condition with a leg injury.
