Standing tall on the region's largest inner-city waterfront parcel, the Bartinon Mansion is set to go under the hammer for the first time in over a decade.
"I've been doing this for nearly 20 years and this is the first time I have seen something like this," real estate agent Sam Guo of luxury firm Kollosche said.

The Bartinon Mansion features a ballroom and a tennis court with breathtaking views, and is rumoured to have played host to an illustrious list of celebrities, including Frank Sinatra, Whitney Houston, the Rolling Stones, and the Sultan of Brunei.
The mansion's auction is slated for October 18.
