God helped Nauru win US hedge fund case

The Nauru government has likened its High Court win over an American hedge fund to an act of God.
The High Court of Australia last week ruled Firebird can't raid Nauru's Australian bank accounts to recover 1.3 billion yen ($A14.4 million) awarded by the Tokyo District Court.
"As committed Christians we feel God has been watching over Nauru and helping the nation move forward," Finance Minister David Adeang said in a statement.
