Man, woman charged after dead baby found at WA home

Two people have been charged in Western Australia after a baby's body was found at a home last year.

Police confirmed a 33-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman had each been charged with "interfering with corpse to hinder inquiry".

The charges relate to the discovery of a dead baby at a home in the Mid West-Gascoyne District, in the Geraldton region, in August 2022.

The man will appear in court on March 2, and the woman will appear in court on March 3.
