Police investigating after woman found seriously injured on Geelong road
Police are investigating after a woman was found seriously injured on a road in Geelong.
The woman, aged in her 30s, was found by a passing motorist in the middle of a road in Waitara Grove about 2.30am today.
Police said the circumstances surrounding how the woman came to be on the road and what led to her injuries "remains unclear".

She was airlifted to a Melbourne hospital in serious condition.
A crime scene has been established and police have condoned off the area.
Geelong Crime Investigation Unit detectives will attend the scene today.
