Fresh trial for NSW brothel robbery driver

A man who drove the getaway car at a brothel robbery which ended with murder will get a fresh trial.
High Court judges on Wednesday ruled that the judge at the trial of Daniel Sio misdirected the jury and wrongly admitted hearsay evidence.
Richard Filihia was convicted of the stabbing murder of Sydney brothel receptionist Brian Gaudry in October 2012 while Sio was acquitted of murder but jailed for seven years and six months for robbery with wounding.
