A man in Sydney's south is giving away his entire house for free — but there is a catch.
The four-bedroom Kirrawee property doesn't come with the land it's on.
It needs to be collected and moved by the new owner, at their expense.

In a listing posted to Gumtree, the owner wrote: "house for removal only… with modern kitchen and laundry".
"You must remove and clear site at end of February 2022."
The median house price for a four-bedroom home in Kirrawee is $1.3million, according to Domain.
Relocating a house can cost tens of thousands of dollars, and the cost of land is a huge part of buying a property.
