Former Bandido evicted from home

Former Bandido bikie member Jacques Teamo and his children have been evicted from their Queensland home over an escalating feud over his mother's will.

According to the Gold Coast Bulletin Teamo was left out of his late mother's will.

Yesterday, the executors of the will evicted him from his home which is owned by Teamo's family.

Teamo, however, was not prepared to leave without a fight – with the executors calling the police to help remove him from the property.

But police say when they arrived at the Varsity Lakes home, Teamo – who was wearing a Guy Fawkes mask at the time – left quietly with two men.

Witnesses said police took a woman and two children while Teamo left quietly with the men who are not believed to be police officers.

Most neighbours said they paid little attention to the incident as there was "always some commotion" going on at the household.

"I just ignore it and stay out of the way," said retiree David Kay.

His lawyer, Daniel Hannay, confirmed the incident was in relation to a property dispute.

"It was a property dispute over the will in relation to his mum," Mr Hannay said.

In an interview with A Current Affair in February, Teamo insisted that his violent bikie past was behind him.

"Of course they're going to be in shock, when dad's getting carted off, you know, in a cop car," Teamo said about the police pressure and harassment that follows him and his family.

The eviction is the latest in a string of bad luck for Teamo, who last year was kicked out of the Bandido's club over his role in a riot that lead to a crackdown on bikie gangs.

Teamo however maintains that he left the group of his own freewill because he wanted to "go straight".
