Footage emerges of Brisbane biker being arrested after he was pulled over by police

Footage of Brisbane biker Jamie Evans being arrested has gone viral after he claimed he was charged for filming a police officer when he was pulled over.

Queensland police rejected his claims and said it simply wasn't the case.

“It’s quite common for members of the community to use their mobile phones or recording devices to record anything, not just their interactions with the police,”Acting Assistant Commissioner Mike Keating said.

Police allege the man was charged with obstruction after he refused to move away from a police officer when asked and made threatening remarks.
