Fisherman accidentally catches whale off the Gold Coast

A fisherman ran into trouble after accidentally hooking a whale off the Gold Coast earlier this week.
“I caught a ----ing whale,” the man exclaims in video footage, as a whale breaches right beside his boat.
The accident occurred when his line became entangled with a passing pod.
