Fire engulfs factory in Sydney's south-west

A factory is ablaze in south-west Sydney, with fire crews battling the flames.

Aerial footage shows the furniture factory in Fairfield engulfed in flames and partially fallen in.

A number of cars parked next to the building were also burning.

NSW Fire and Rescue at one point had 25 trucks on the scene.

NSW Ambulance said they had one vehicle there, but so far had received no reports of injuries.

Surrounding businesses were evacuated and streets closed off.

Firefighters were able to contain the blaze from spreading beyond the building.
