The father of a missing Melbourne teenager has made a Christmas Day plea for his daughter to come home.

Rosalia Mason was last seen on December 19 at a reserve in Heidelberg West and has not been heard from since.

"Just come home, your mum's missing ya, your two little brothers are missing ya, and it's hurting me as well," father Graham Mason said.

The 14-year-old had been playing with her younger brothers and friends.

"She left her brother at the park, he came home panicked, crying," Mr Mason said.

Rosalia left the park with two girls and a boy, but has since failed to make contact with her family.

The teenager does not have a phone, change of clothes or money and police believe she may have visited a house in Lalor on the night she disappeared.

At the time she went missing, Rosalia was wearing a dark blue Adidas jacket and black leggings.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
