End of PPL double dipping laws in parly

The federal government has introduced legislation ending double-dipping of paid parental leave to parliament.
The draft laws will stop new parents from accessing employer schemes as well as the government's.
"Payments should be aimed at people who need it the most," Social Services Minister Scott Morrison told the lower house on Thursday.
