Corrupt former Labor minister Eddie Obeid is finally facing prosecution after multiple adverse ICAC findings.
The former upper house member of the NSW parliament is to be prosecuted for an offence of misconduct in public office.

A court attendance notice was served on Mr Obeid this afternoon in relation to ICAC's Operation Cyrus and his case is due to be heard at a Sydney court on December 18.
