Dumped car on inner-Melbourne street given hipster makeover

A car which crashed into a tree in Fitzroy North appears to have been added to Melbourne’s repertoire of street art.

It is believed the beaten-up Toyota Camry had been at the intersection near McKean Street and Michael Street for several weeks before it was given a makeover of bright gold paint.

The new-look Camry has created a buzz on social media with some mixed reviews.
