Search for missing elderly man with dementia from country Victoria enters sixth day

Police are continuing to search near roads and the surrounding areas of Yea, around 100km north-east of Melbourne, in the search for a missing 79-year-old man.
Matyas Babos, who suffers from a number of medical conditions and early onset dementia, went missing from his home on Francis Street in Yea, 98km north-east of Melbourne, last Monday between 10am and 4pm.
The last confirmed sighting of him was about 12pm on Tuesday on Craigie Street, near Snodgrass Street.
Police, SES, CFA volunteers and bush search and rescue members are continuing their search today, after earlier scouring an area near the Melba Highway..
Mr Babos is known to frequent the Mansfield and Whittlesea areas, and has also been known to tell people he is from Glen Iris.
He is described as being 175cm tall with a thin build and grey hair.
He is unshaven and wears glasses.
Mr Babos was last seen wearing a red and brown jacket, blue jeans, a white shirt and an Akubra-style hat.
