Dinner marks two decades since Howard win

About 400 of the Liberal party faithful will gather in Parliament's Great Hall to mark the 20th anniversary of John Howard's 1996 election win.
The former prime minister will speak at the Canberra dinner on Wednesday, which is being described as a "reunion".
Mr Howard led the Liberals to victory in 1996 over Labor, which had held power since 1983 under Bob Hawke and Paul Keating.
