Authorities were called to the popular lake, north-west of Melbourne, just after 8am today after a passer-by found the body.
Police said the body of the 90-year-old woman was found near the bridge at Bleakley Street, near the Boathouse Daylesford restaurant.
An investigation was launched but police have since deemed the death to be not suspicious.
